ABOUT THE PRACTICE

A simple belief: the body is designed to rise.

A functional medicine option for those looking for improved health. More than just chasing symptoms, Ascendance Collaborative is built on the belief that the body, given the right conditions, knows how to heal.

WHY WE EXIST

Healing, understood as ascent.

Ascendance Collaborative was built on a simple belief: the body is designed to rise. We look beyond symptoms to uncover what may be driving them, treat the whole person, and build every plan in partnership with the people we serve.

We translate complexity into hope you can act on.

HOW WE SOUND, HOW WE SHOW UP

Grounded

Evidence-informed and specific. Claims we can stand behind — no hype, fear, or absolutes.

Warm

Your story matters. We take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a personalized path to better health.

Hopeful

We meet you where you are and walk with you toward a stronger, healthier future.

Collaborative

“We,” “together,” “your plan.” You’re a partner, never a passive recipient.

MEET THE TEAM

Stephanie Green, PA-C

FOUNDER · FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Stephanie helps patients improve their health, restore balance, and feel their best through a personalized functional medicine approach. She enjoys working with individuals seeking answers for concerns such as fatigue, brain fog, metabolic challenges, thyroid dysfunction, sleep disturbances, and other symptoms that can meaningfully impact daily well-being. She has a particular passion for helping women navigate the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, supporting hormonal changes that can affect energy, mood, cognition, sleep, body composition, and overall quality of life.

She became especially interested in this area of medicine after seeing how many women struggled with symptoms that were often dismissed as a normal part of aging, despite the availability of treatments and strategies that could significantly improve their quality of life. As a Physician Assistant, Stephanie combines evidence-based medicine with a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, managing hormone replacement therapy and evaluating the hormonal, metabolic, nutritional, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to symptoms.

Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Medicine from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She believes the best healthcare starts with listening, and works collaboratively with patients to create thoughtful, realistic treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and lifestyle.
