Insurance & Payment
At Ascendance Collaborative, we believe your healthcare should be guided by your needs- not insurance limitations. Because of this, we do not bill insurance directly or participate with insurance plans.
The good news? Many patients have out-of-network benefits that may reimburse a portion of their visit.
After each appointment, we'll provide you with a detailed superbill containing all the information your insurance company typically requires, including diagnosis and procedure codes, provider information, and payment details. You can simply submit it to your insurance carrier to determine your eligible reimbursement.
We also accept HSA and FSA funds for eligible medical services!
